Message from the Executive Secretary
Dear Visitor,
Welcome to the website of the Dalit Bahujan Resource Centre (DBRC).
Since our establishment in 1992, DBRC has remained committed to empowering marginalized communities by advancing human dignity, social justice, and social democracy for SC/ST, Denotified and other marginalized communities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Through our work in the domains of children’s education, community leadership training, strengthening livelihoods, health, gender equality, climate resilience and disaster management, lobbying for housing, prevention of violence and discrimination, evidence-based research, and lobbying for economic justice, we strive to create opportunities for the most marginalized sections of society.
This website reflects our journey, achievements, partnerships, and aspirations. It serves as a platform to share our work, demonstrate our impact, and strengthen collaboration with communities, government institutions, donors, civil society organizations, and all those who believe in an inclusive and equitable society.
I invite you to explore our initiatives, learn from our experiences, and join us in our mission of enabling marginalized communities to claim their rights, realize their aspirations, and participate fully in shaping a just and democratic future.
With warm regards,
Alladi Deva Kumar
Executive Secretary
